Coded from scratch — every line
A custom website at Preisser Tech is built in code, not configured in a builder. We don't ship Squarespace templates with custom CSS, we don't drag and drop with Elementor, and we don't whitelabel pre-built agency starter kits.
Every site is built in Next.js, React, or a similarly modern framework, fully typed in TypeScript, and deployed to fast edge networks like Cloudflare Pages. The output is a site that loads in under a second on a slow rural Kansas connection, ranks on Google for the queries that matter, and gets cited by AI engines when prospects ask buying questions.
Where templates fail Kansas businesses
Template platforms like Wix, Squarespace, and GoDaddy work fine for a hobbyist. They fail for serious businesses in three predictable ways:
- Speed — template platforms ship megabytes of unused JavaScript on every page. Custom sites ship only what's needed and load 3-8x faster, which directly impacts Google rankings and conversion rate.
- Search visibility — templates don't generate the structured data (JSON-LD, schema.org markup) that Google's algorithm and AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity now use to decide who to cite. Custom sites ship rich entity graphs, FAQ schema, LocalBusiness markup, and Person schema by default.
- Conversion control — every template forces a layout. Custom sites let us put the exact thing in front of the exact buyer at the exact funnel stage, instead of stretching their workflow into a generic 'about / services / contact' container.
Every Preisser Tech custom website includes
We don't sell tiered packages. Every custom website Preisser Tech builds includes the full foundation — because shipping a site without these is shipping a liability.
- Modern responsive design (looks correct on every iPhone, every Android, every desktop)
- Sub-1-second page loads on rural broadband
- Full schema.org structured data (Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, Person, FAQPage)
- AI-engine optimization — engineered first paragraphs and FAQ blocks designed to be quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini
- Google Search Console + Bing Webmaster + Apple search verification
- Sitemap.xml + robots.txt configured for maximum crawl efficiency
- IndexNow integration (instant search engine notification on content changes)
- WCAG accessibility compliance (semantic HTML, ARIA labels, reduced-motion support)
- Contact forms with spam protection (honeypot + timing checks)
- Static export to Cloudflare Pages — global edge distribution, no monthly hosting fees beyond CDN
- Custom domain configuration including DNS, SSL, and CDN setup
- Analytics integration (privacy-respecting; no Google Analytics required)
How a custom website project runs
Most projects move from first call to launched site in 3-8 weeks depending on scope. The process:
- Free scoping call — Tyler personally talks through what you're trying to accomplish, what's broken, what your competition looks like, and what success looks like.
- Written proposal — fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal with a clear delivery timeline and what's included.
- Build — Tyler codes the site directly. Weekly check-ins with working previews; you see real progress, not Photoshop mockups.
- Launch — DNS cutover, SSL, search engine verification, IndexNow ping, and a structured launch checklist that ensures nothing breaks.
- Support — included for the first 30 days, with optional ongoing maintenance retainer afterward.
